Frontier have an unusual knack of seeing the wood for the trees. We brought in Tom and David to help provide an objective view of our current standing and the next steps in our brand’s evolution, and I’ve never worked with such clear-minded, thoughtful and likeable partners. They trawled through terabytes of existing insight work, as well as consulting across our operations and many stakeholders, and successfully found the indelible red thread that we had been looking for across the whole piece.
We now have a new platform that unites all of our work and captures a core belief of the organisation powerfully and authentically. Frontier have helped us embrace the truth of ourselves in a way we should have done years ago, we just needed the challenge and honesty of their partnership to give us the confidence to make the change.
We are excited and motivated to put this new thinking into the real world, through campaigns and strategies that will help the charity drive new growth and find more answers to dementia. As numbers of people living with, and affected by dementia spiral, this new confidence and optimism has never mattered more.
